What happens in a session:

  • Guided conscious breathing,
  • Slow, organic movement,
  • Sound and voice activation,
  • Gentle energetic support,
  • Time to integrate and rest,

This for you if:

  • you feel stressed, tense or overwhelmed,
  • you live mostly in your head,
  • your body feels tight or numb,
  • you want release, not more talking,

This is NOT for you if:

  • you want a fitness class
  • you’re looking for quick fixes
  • you don’t want to feel your body

  • No experience needed, come as you ARE,
  • Wear comfortable clothes,
