Offerings
This work is offered in two formats: group and 1:1 sessions.
Both follow the same principles of breath, movement and embodied awareness.
The difference is in the setting and level of personal attention.
Group sessions
Group sessions offer a shared, collective space.
You are guided through the experience while staying connected to your own body and inner process.
No prior experience is required.
You do not need to know how to breathe or “do it right.”
The work meets you where you are.
One-to-one sessions
One-to-one sessions offer a more personal and responsive process.
The pace and guidance adapt to what is present in your body and nervous system.
This format allows for deeper, individual exploration and integration.
