Join me for a 90-minute Quantum Bodywork Group Immersion in Dublin — followed by time to integrate and connect, 2 hours total.
This experience is designed for people who have already done the inner work but want to move beyond understanding into embodiment.
You’ll be guided through Conscious Connected Breath, intuitive movement, sound activation and nervous system regulation in a small group of up to 8 participants.

Before you book
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely. Dressing in layers is recommended, so you can easily adjust to your own comfort throughout the session.
Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are provided by the studio. If you prefer to use your own mat, blanket or cushion, you’re very welcome to bring them.
Please bring:
- Water
- An eye mask (optional)
Parking
There is street parking available around the studio. While parking is usually available, I cannot guarantee a parking space, so please allow yourself a little extra time before the session.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend after purchasing your ticket, your booking is non-refundable.
If you let me know before the event, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another Quantum Bodywork Experience (subject to availability).
